High up on 3rd Avenue, one of my all-time favourite places to eat. I’m not even sure if it’s still there, I’ve not been for almost seven years.
Bad news…it closed permanently at the end of 2020 when the building was sold. I ate there many times, and I’m unlikely to visit New York again, but it makes me sad to think that others won’t get to enjoy Candle Café.
